Items in stock are generally received within one week. Let us know if you need them faster. If you have a custom order in-house from QRST's and are having it delivered in the Boston area, we can put your apparel order with it at no charge.
Shipping
At the moment we do not ship internationally. At present, all of our orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, first class or priority. This means a 2–4 business-day shipping schedule once the order leaves our distribution center. If you need overnight or rush service, you may arrange that by calling us: 617-625-3335
Returns
If you need to return an item, kindly ensure that the shirt is unworn and carefully folded. Return the shirt with instructions, such as “Please exchange for another size,” or “Please return for refund.” Including your phone number or email address is helpful, if we need to clarify your instructions. Please also include the original receipt from PayPal that accompanied your original order. (This is your receipt.) In the case of size exchanges, an additional shipping/handling charge should be included, as follows:
- a charge of $3.95 will be applied to orders/exchanges of $49.99 or less
- a charge of $5.95 for orders/exchanges between $50 and $99.99.
