Rush Orders

Rush charges? Not if we don’t have to.

Generally, we’d rather work hard to meet your schedule than charge rush charges. During certain times of the year, it will be necessary to charge rush fees if you need your shirts in less than 5 to 10 business days (starting with the day you place your order and we receive your files). Since we can predict our busy seasons, we can let you know ahead of time. We’ll work with you to get your shirts out when you need them and charge for rush service only when we need to.

If we ask for rush fees for a particular job, it means we are already booked for that week. Then we stay late, keep the lights burning, and keep the presses running just for your job. It also means that we put your job ahead of others.

Here’s our normal and rush print policy:

14 day turnaround: Regular price
4-5 day day turnaround: add 25% to total
3-day turnaround: add 50% to total
24-48-hour turnaround (from the time art is received) adds 100% to the total.

Screen fees are NOT included in rush fees.
