2025 Embroidery Prices
Our embroidery prices depend mostly on the type of item to be embroidered. Therefore this page is divided up according to our most popular embroidered items: Polo shirts, Headwear, and Fleece. You can, however, have many other things embroidered. Check out our catalog for some ideas. If in doubt about whether something is compatible with embroidery, call us @ 617-625-3335.
For all embroidered items, the minimum is 12. All prices are in USD.
Polo Shirt Embroidery Prices
These basic prices apply to embroidery on the left chest of shirts. We recommend polo style shirts for best results due to their heavier fabric. Here are some suggested polo shirt styles:
Gildan 8800 (DryBlend)
Gildan 64800 Pique (Softstyle)
Jerzees 443 Pique (Ring-spun cotton, also available in women’s style)
However you are not limited to these — for more, please reference our catalogue. You can also mix and match colors and styles.

These prices apply to embroidery on the front of baseball caps or knit hats. Here are some suggested styles:

Extras
To embroider a line of text on the backs of hats, please add $7.75 per hat.
To embroider individual names on each item in your order, please add $12.50 per name. (This includes the digitizing fee for the name.)
Digitizing Fees
One-time digitizing fees do apply to embroidery orders. See the table below for costs. If reordering the same job, all digitizing fees are waived.
